Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be an aggressive self-starter with excellent prospecting, relationship building, and closing skills
  • Driven by a passion for building business relationships
  • Must be resourceful, motivated, and able to self-manage in making and keeping appointments while adapting easily to new environments
  • Must have expert ability to interface with customer base, assess current and potential needs, identify suitable products, craft customized solutions
  • Create proposals, meet with prospects and follow up to close deals
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Record activities in our CRM tools and update sales notes for prospects
  • Requires occasional evening and/or weekend work

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding weekly sales targets in appointment setting, face to face meetings, proposal submissions, and closes
  • Exceptional Communication, relationship building, customer service, prioritization, account forecasting / planning, negotiating, consultative selling and superior organizational and time management skills
  • Strong commitment to creating success for clients, co-workers and self
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment where constant multitasking is the norm
  • Process driven with high attention to detail and excellent follow through skills
  • Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
  • Good judgment, technical common sense, and solid problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills
  • 5+ years of B2B Sales Experience
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real world experience
