Outside Sales Representative – Duluth

Outside Sales Representative: For over 30 years, CW Technology has been delivering enterprise-quality IT management services that ensure our clients’ success. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven salesperson to join our Managed Services sales team. The individual in this role would provide appropriate product solutions for our customers and nurture them through our purchase flow from start to finish. Candidates for this position should prioritize customer care, acquisition, and company profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for expanding the client base for our Managed Services platform in Northern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity and sales goals
  • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities through in-person stops, phone prospecting, and follow ups
  • Schedule sales appointments and other sales activities
  • Must be resourceful, motivated, and able to self-manage in making and keeping appointments while adapting easily to new environments
  • Create proposals, meet with prospects, and follow up to close deals
  • Record activities in our CRM tools and update sales notes for prospects
  • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects (overnight travel is minimal)
  • Be able to work in a team approach to share ideas and best practices
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Be able to show a track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets in appointment setting, face to face meetings, and closes
  • Be able to demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, relationship building, negotiating, consultative selling and organizational and time management skills
  • Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience preferred
  • Experience with selling to CEOs and business owners preferred
  • Be able to show strong commitment to creating success for clients, co-workers and self
  • Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
  • Process driven with high attention to detail and excellent follow through skills
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills
