Outside Sales Representative – Twin Cities
Outside Sales Representative: For over 30 years, CW Technology has been delivering enterprise-quality IT management services that ensure our clients’ success. Due to our continued success; we are expanding within the Metro area. CW Technology is seeking an experienced and results-driven salesperson to join our Managed Services sales team. This individual will independently drive new client acquisitions in the Twin Cities/Greater Metro area.
CW Technology takes care of our employees; we offer competitive base pay, monthly commissions based on the employee's sales performance to goal, and a full benefits package.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline of qualified Managed Services opportunities through in-person stops, phone prospecting, follow-ups, and cold calling
- Must be resourceful, motivated, and able to self-manage daily activities
- Create proposals, meet with prospects, and follow up to close deals
- Maintain accurate sales activities and potential prospects in our CRM tools
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects (overnight travel is minimal)
Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Proven track record in selling intangible services
- Must be an aggressive self-starter with excellent prospecting, relationship building, and closing skills
- Demonstrate success in meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets in appointment setting, face to face meetings, and closes
- Be able to demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiating, consultative selling and organizational and time management skills
- Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience preferred
- Experience with selling to CEOs and business owners preferred
- Process driven individual with high attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
- Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, grow and develop new skills
