Proactive Support Technician & Documentation Specialist – Duluth

Proactive Support Technician & Documentation Specialist:  For over 30 years, CW Technology has been delivering enterprise-quality IT management services that ensure our clients’ success.   If you possess a passion for providing world-class customer service, are self-driven, and possess exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, we would like you to join our IT team as a Proactive Support Analyst in our Duluth office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for thorough discovery and documentation of new client network infrastructures
  • Analyze client technical environments for alignment with documented Best Practices and Standards
  • Verify tools and internal processes have been deployed and configured to standards
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of the client environment and ensure this information is thoroughly and accurately communicated to internal technical and non-technical teams
  • Meet with clients on a regular basis to conduct ongoing audits of their technical environment
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to review audit reports and ensure client’s technology direction is aligned with standards and overall business objectives
  • Provide outstanding delivery of our technical services by leveraging both analytical and Big Picture thinking to ensure continuous improvement in both internal processes and client networks

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills and be comfortable interfacing with client executive teams.
  • Process driven with high attention to detail and excellent follow through skills
  • Technical aptitude, attention to detail, and documentation skills are more important than hands on technical experience, though technical experience is a plus
  • Professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, but also demonstrate strong leadership when collaborating with other teams
  • Good judgment, technical common sense, and solid problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills
  • 2+ Years in relevant analytical roles or technical support roles
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real world experience
