Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support on a broad array of technologies including workstations, servers, and LAN/WAN network components
  • Troubleshoot and resolve general PC issues and support Microsoft core business applications
  • Answer support phone calls on a daily basis
  • Create tickets, record progress, and resolve client requests for service
  • Work collaboratively with peers to provide quick response, diagnosis, and resolution of client issues
  • Effectively escalate client issues to appropriate resources when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with clients on the status of tickets and resolutions
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

  • 1+ years of IT support experience or demonstrated technical aptitude
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real world experience
  • Current technical certifications a plus
  • Desire to continue learning with certifications
